Steps to remove the Jammed paper from the printer.

• Do not open the paper input tray before opening the front and rear covers of the printer, as the jammed paper may be pulled and the jam may get worse.

• Now after opening, look inside of the machine in the area above the silver metal and remove if there are any pieces of paper.
• Look carefully for pieces of paper inside the machine above and below the Jam Clear Flap, especially in the area above the silver metal roller, and remove any pieces of paper.
• Put the paper tray firmly and gently back in the machine.
